Career Change

It is really confusing when you get job offers at the same time. I cant make up my mind. I think it was my fault when I have sent my CV to many companies and organisations. Yes I have high profile with the company I work with at the moment and I have no problems at all, besides a leading postion with professional staff. But I have this thing calling me for a career move and change. Its like you do not want to be in the same place for long time and feel stand still. I always think that there is a better opportunity somewhere other than where I am although I have this fear and nervousness about leaving my current job. Because I got used where I am, I like my coleagues and members of staff. You know guys, I do not like to feel guilty after I leave. so I really cant think about it right.
